This year we are celebrating our 13th Annual Red Heart Ball on Saturday, February 15th at Clovis Memorial Veterans Hall.
We hope that you will want to volunteer to help us make this a special evening and successful night of raising funds and awareness! It's a fun way to get dressed up and give back! There are several volunteer shifts available the day of the event.
Volunteer Shifts (Saturday, February 15th)
Event Setup (Casual Attire)
- 7:00am to 10:00am
- 9:00am to 12:00pm
- 7:00am to 12:00pm (All morning, for those brave souls!)
Night of the Event (Formal Attire Required)
- 4:30pm to 10:00pm
- 8:30pm to 12:30am
Event Tear Down (Casual Attire)

There will be a volunteer orientation on Tuesday, February 4th at 5:30pm and Wednesday, February 5th at 5:30pm at the House, where Natalie will go over your volunteer duties for the day of the event. You only need to attend one of these orientation dates! On the day of your orientation, you will be given a packet of information that will include instructions for what you will be doing, a timeline of events, attire, parking, and venue information. When you sign up for a shift, please let Natalie know which orientation date you can make.
